Seasonality: June 1st to October 10th

½ day.  Meeting at Dushanbe airport.

Transfers and accommodation in a 4* hotel. Rest. Excursion day around the city of Dushanbe. Ismoil Somoni Square, Rudaki Park, National Museum of Antiquities of Tajikistan, Navruzgokh, Mehrgon Bazaar. Lunch and dinner in city restaurants.

 3 days.  Dushanbe – Seven lakes (2400m).

Breakfast. Departure through the Varzob Gorge, through the Istiklol tunnel, along the Zeravshan Valley to the Seven Lakes. Along the way, view all six lakes. to the 6th lake, visiting each lake along the way. Lunch on the way. Walking ascent from the sixth lake to the seventh lake / 30 minutes./

Dinner and overnight in tents.

Travel time 7 – 8 hours / 340 km.

 Day 4. Seven lakes Khazor Chashma – Tovasang pass (3307m) – Sarimat river (2600m).

Breakfast. Climb along a good trail to the Towasang Pass. Excellent landscape of the Fan Mountains. Descent to the Sarimat River.

Dinner and overnight in tents.

Trekking time is 7 – 8 hours / 20 km.

Day 5.  Sarimat River – Munora Pass (3500m) – Obi Safed River (2650m).

Breakfast. Ascent and transition through the Munora pass. From the pass there is an excellent panorama to the peaks: Sugar Loaf, Red Moscow, Dugdon and Dugdon Pass. Descent to the Obi Safed River. Picnic.

Dinner and overnight in tents.

Trekking time is 6 hours / 15 km.

Day 6.  River Obi Safet – Lake Pushtikul (2450m) – Sarikhodang gorge (2700m).

Breakfast. Exit by traverse, then descend to Lake Pushtikul. Not much rest, climb along the path and then traverse to the Sarikhodang gorge. Picnic on the way. Wonderful view of the glacial chain and high mountains.

Dinner and overnight in tents.

Trekking time is 5 hours / 12 km.

Day 7.  Sarikhodang gorge  – Dugdon pass (3812m)- Shepherd’s Stone(2900m).

Breakfast. A long climb through the juniper forest, then along the path up and along the sometimes snow-covered moraine, to the Dugdon pass. Slow descent by traverse into the Dugdon gorge. Descent to Shepherd’s Stone. Picnic on the way.

Dinner and overnight in tents.

Trekking time is 7-8 hours / 16 km.

Day 8.  Shepherd’s Stone – Karakul River (2350 m).

Breakfast. Descent along the mountain river, through the juniper forest to the Kkarakul River. Picnic on the way.

Dinner and overnight in tents.

Trekking  time is 3-4 hours / 10 km.

Day 9.  Karakul River – Lake Iskandarkul (2200 m) – Dushanbe.

Breakfast. Departure by transport to Lake Iskandarkul. Walk to the waterfall, where the Iskandardarya River falls from a height of 24 meters. Next, continue the walk to the picturesque Zmeinoye Lake. Lunch on the shore of Lake Iskandarkul. Not much rest and departure to Dushanbe. Upon arrival in Dushanbe, accommodation in a 4* hotel.

Farewell dinner.

Travel time 3-4 hours / 156 km.

 Day 10.  Dushanbe – airport.
